The Harpley Hunt - St George's Day MeetAnnouncing the second audience-participation art event!
It's not quite HARPG, as there's no competitive element - no need to outdo eachother or worry you're not good enough to compete, it's more just a bit of fun to give everyone a chance to take part and draw a little something to contribute to the day's sport together. Absolutely no limits on style or skill level - all entries will be welcomed, and shared in a Journal post on St George's day (the 23rd of April) so we can all enjoy one another's art and horses.
So, what do we draw?
Hunting scenes, simple as that! Your picture(s) can include any number of horses, riders, or hounds, in any combination - you don't have to show any of our hounds if you're happier drawing horses. Pictures of happenings before or after the hunt itself, or just standing about while dressed the part, are just as welcome as action scenes of jumps and gallops.
No limit on how many characters or drawings can be

KEA Winter Endurance EventExtended till 20th of March due to entrant going away till near then and still wanting to enter
with KEA cross country trials still going on Kurokitsune-E-A (go check it out we need more entrants!) KEA decided to have a little event for the riders not so up for cross country jumps, and more into endurance.
This event will take place around the KEA mountain range, in Greenland (check Kurokitsune-E-A academy for details)
You will have 3 days to travel the whole way around the OUTER side of the mountain range, unlike the cross country course, which goes around the inside of the range.
The outside of the mountain range is of course, the outside of a MOUNTAIN RANGE , in the NORTH POLE , so no softies here please.
As explained for the KEA cross country trials, this place has an unforgiving climate, and only horses that can deal with the cold are suggested to take part.

Welcome to a driving show of multiple classes hosted... wherever you want! Seriously, draw what you want in the background. I'm a big fan of outdoor scenery because indoor arenas tend to be uniformly brown and boring but if you can draw a great indoor arena, have at it. My hope is that if you get free reins, I'll get to see some awesome and inspired art. This is intended to be an effort-based show in judging but relaxed and personal-preference based in artistic creation. Go all-out to get the gold, or just doodle for funsies and get your horse some experience, or take advantage of
